Commercial spaces

Practical spaces for local businesses, with the layout, access and finishes planned around the people using them.

A clear scope from the start

We begin with the site and the way the space needs to work. Drawings, photographs and a short list of priorities help turn an early idea into a practical conversation about the work involved.

Before work begins

Review the proposed work, allowances, exclusions and key decisions together. Agree how changes will be discussed and how progress will be communicated. This page is sample copy for a fictional construction business.
